Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Identify the signs, symptoms, and diagnostic criteria of POTS, and differentiate POTS from commonly encountered mimicking conditions.
  2. Apply evidence-based strategies for the evaluation, treatment, and management of patients with POTS, including both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches.
  3. Develop appropriate referral and care coordination plans for patients with POTS by utilizing current resources and collaborating with relevant specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
